As a family-based therapist, she strives to have parents involved in the therapeutic process. Sarah is trained in both expressive arts and play therapy, which allows her to connect quickly with clients.
Sarah has extensive experience in many areas including common child and parenting problems such as managing children’s behavior and helping parents develop positive parenting practices.
